These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of pickedby.ai (the "Service"), operated by THUNOVA (Republic of Korea, business registration 722-60-00889). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
pickedby.ai provides an AI Visibility Score for digital products. You enter a product name and optional URL; our system checks how visible that product is to AI systems such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity, and returns a score between 0 and 100. Results are informational and do not guarantee any specific outcome in AI search results.
The Service is currently provided free of charge in beta. We reserve the right to introduce paid tiers, modify features, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

If you submit your email address, you consent to receive product updates, launch notifications, and feature announcements from pickedby.ai. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email, or by emailing hello@pickedby.ai. We do not sell your email address.
All content, design, and software comprising the Service is owned by THUNOVA and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
AI Visibility Scores are generated using automated queries to AI systems and web sources. Scores reflect a snapshot in time and may not fully represent how every AI system handles your product. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of scores. Do not make critical business decisions based solely on these results.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, THUNOVA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose (which may be zero during the free beta period).
You agree to indemnify and hold THUNOVA harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
