pickedby.ai ("we", "us", "our") is operated by THUNOVA (Republic of Korea). This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. What we collect

Email address — only if you voluntarily submit it to join our waitlist or receive product updates.
Product name and URL — the inputs you provide to generate your AI Visibility Score. Not linked to your identity unless you also submit an email.
Score results — stored to track changes over time (only if an email is provided).
Analytics data — if you accept cookies, we collect anonymized usage data via Google Analytics 4 (page views, session duration, events). This data does not identify you personally.

2. How we use it

To notify you when pickedby.ai launches new features (waitlist emails).
To send product updates you requested. You can unsubscribe at any time.
To improve our scoring model using aggregated, anonymized data.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for advertising.

3. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people use pickedby.ai. Analytics cookies are only set after you explicitly accept via the cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies are placed.

Cloudflare may set a technical cookie (__cf_bm) for security and bot protection. This is strictly necessary and not used for tracking.

4. Third-party services

5. Data retention

We retain your email and associated data for as long as you remain subscribed. You can request deletion at any time — we process requests within 30 days.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, email hello@pickedby.ai. If you are in the EU/EEA, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

7. Children

pickedby.ai is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
